Nick powered through his prestigious education, earning his Bachelor’s in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from well-respected Duquesne University. In addition, he was the recipient of the highly selective Atlantic 10 Post-Graduate Scholarship, which propelled his foundation for a profound, compassionate practice. Patients quickly discover that Nick makes each of their passions and goals his own. As a former athlete and the captain of his college soccer team, Dr. DiSomma understands the mindset of injured athletes and focuses intensely on neuromuscular re-education and strength training to achieve goals. Drawing upon a dynamic combination of integrative physical therapy to treat the whole person, Nick produces significant long-lasting results for all his patients.

Nick has earned his distinction within our organization, holding roles that elevate his professionalism as Clinic Manager, Home Care Manager, and is an active member of our Executive Leadership Team. Still an advocate for injury prevention, Dr. DiSomma coaches soccer leading The Montclair Kimberley team, and is a regular presenter at KIPP New Jersey, supporting athletics and academics for charter schools. On his off-days, you can find Nick always up for a sports debate and ready for game-time.

She accomplished her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican University of New York, securing the prestigious magna cum laude distinction again. At Scranton, she left her mark by co-authoring and leading groundbreaking research on how posture impacts balance, sharing her valuable findings at respected American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) conferences. Her time at Dominican University was marked by exceptional leadership, ascending from class representative to the Student Physical Therapy Association (SPTA) presidency. This leadership, coupled with her commitment to mentorship and community building, directly mirrors the steadfast support and guidance she provides her patients.

Michelle deeply values time with loved ones, often visiting her sister in Boston for refreshing weekend breaks. An avid Harry Potter enthusiast, she’s always up for a spirited discussion on the series. Mady holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Drew University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers School of Health Professions. During her academic journey, she was inducted into the Baldwin Honors Society and served as a board member for the GSE Chemistry Honors Society and Rutgers’ Executive Board. Outside of her professional life, Mady is passionate about fitness and recently completed her first marathon. She enjoys staying active through softball, lifting, and outdoor running. David finds his greatest fulfillment in ensuring that patients feel heard and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey, and in celebrating each achievement.

David earned his Associate’s degree in Exercise Science from Bergen Community College and his Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Essex County College. He brings many years of experience as an Exercise Specialist and in physical therapy support roles, with a background that spans outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, performance training, and neurological rehabilitation, giving him a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Outside the clinic, David pursues an active lifestyle, values outdoor adventures, and enjoys community service. He cherishes time with family, friends, and his two rescued kittens, Tito and Tini.

Regina’s adept management of insurance inquiries, oversight of the clinic’s administrative operations, and coordination of patient schedules all contribute to a seamless rehabilitation journey, echoing the quality care provided by our Doctors. 

Regina’s career began while earning a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Montclair State University. She discovered her commitment to our organization by working part-time during her academic years when she intuitively knew our organization was the perfect place for her. Regina’s steadfast dedication has propelled her to the executive role of Vice President, where she meticulously refines each patient’s journey, setting it apart from typical office visits. As Head of Administrative Advancement, Regina’s commitment extends to nurturing her team members from the start of their careers, fostering outstanding outcomes, and creating five-star customer service for each patient, a testament to her inspiring career progression.

Outside of work, Regina’s life is just as vibrant. An avid traveler, she loves exploring new destinations, whether staying in a loft over an Alpaca Farm or delving into the culture of a different country.
