Assistant Clinical Manager

With his extraordinary doctoring skill, academic excellence, and a profound mission to change lives, Dr. O’Connor brings a unique presence to the POPT team. At a very young age, Tim experienced the life-altering power of physical therapy to change the trajectory of one’s life, when he experienced a stroke as a 5-year-old. Throughout his recovery, he was keenly aware of the impact his physical therapists had on his life, which solidified his commitment to become a doctor of physical therapy. Additionally, he cultivated his academic mastery by conducting a research study on “The Effects of Auditory Stimulation on Postural Sway and Muscle Activity in Healthy Adults” which investigated the impact of various noises on a person’s balance.

When he has free time, Tim spends it with his six brothers; all are NY Mets and Seton Hall Pirates fans! Growing up in such a big family, he has always been active and was a pitcher on his high school baseball team.
