Medicare 2024 Changes

We participate with Medicare and Railroad Medicare.
Medicare Deductible 2024: The Medicare Part B deductible for 2024 is $240.00.
Physical Therapy care is based on medical necessity and will be covered as long as your referring physician and Doctor of Physical Therapy feel it is necessary.

Out-Of-Network Disclosure Statement

New Jersey Center of Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider with all other private insurance carriers. Here is what you need to know about Physical Therapy covered by insurance.

What this means to you:

We will contact your carrier, verify your Physical Therapy covered by insurance benefits and coverage, and discuss your financial responsibility (deductible, copayment, and coinsurance) with you prior to treatment.
