Clinic Coordinator

Shannon, our Clinic Coordinator, is an instrumental team member, providing an energetic welcome to each patient and exemplary support to our Doctors of Physical Therapy. As a former athlete, Shannon understands how much patients progress in a friendly environment while receiving expert care. Patients quickly discover that Shannon is a firm believer that each rehabilitation success should be celebrated. Following her pursuit of humanitarianism and leadership, Shannon received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences and a minor in Coaching Education from James Madison University.

During her college experience, Shannon became nationally recognized and certified on the National Coaches Registry and was trained to protect child welfare by the Virginia Department of Social Services and The National Federation of State High Schools. Teamwork, inspiring others, and creating solutions come with natural ease to Shannon, skills she mastered when she was captain of her two-time championships intramural soccer team.

Shannon’s quest to help others achieve their goals continues on her off days as a Lacrosse coach for the Dewlax Lacrosse Club connecting with athletes at different levels. Her favorite past-times are snowboarding steep hills with her friends and family and recharging at the beach with the sun on her face.
