Bookkeeper

Debbie, our Bookkeeper, is an organizational connoisseur! She loves creating a calm environment for our office by establishing systems and processes to manage our finances. Friends have joked with her that she should become a professional organizer, and Debbie has certainly found her niche with us! Whether she’s balancing six business checkbooks at once, or streamlining our bill-paying process, Debbie ensures that our business is running as efficiently as possible!

After graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in Marketing, Debbie began her career at Chiquita Brands as a sales analyst while attending Fairleigh Dickinson University to earn her MBA. She then worked for Haagen-Dazs for nine years, where she was instrumental in introducing their first ice cream bar, as well as an assortment of new flavors! Now, Debbie makes sure we have enough in our budget to keep our patient snack baskets full!

When Debbie is not at WOPT, she loves spending time with her husband Cary, son Adam and daughter Ally. Their impressive collection of movies and shows makes it easy for them to find things they can all watch together! She and Cary also enjoy going to the city to see Broadway shows whenever they can. Debbie likes to keep up with all the current news and information, and is an enthusiastic reader of magazines, newspapers and contemporary biographies. She invites all of our patients to stop by her desk anytime to chat!
