With which insurance companies does NJCPT participate?
We participate with most insurances either as an in-network or out-of-network provider including Medicare, Horizon BC/BS, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, United HealthCare, HealthNet and many others. We also work with all worker’s compensation insurance, school-related insurances, or home owner’s plans. We do not accept HMO insurance, however if you wish, you can still come to our facility. Please call us to find out how. If we are not listed in your insurance company’s provider book or web site, it does not mean we do not participate. We will be your advocate and help guide you through the insurance maze!
Our office staff is happy to assist you by billing directly to your insurance company. Should you have a secondary or tertiary carrier, let us know and we will submit to them also. The insurance world can be confusing so simply call us at 973-248-8111 and ask Alisa about your insurance benefits.
What do I have to pay when I come to NJCPT?
You will be responsible for only the deductible and co-insurance/co-payment, when applicable. Some patients elect to pay cash for their entire visit. We will help you choose the best option for you!
How do I know what insurance to purchase for myself and my family?
NJCPT helps you care for your family by providing solid information about insurance. Please call us to receive our three page guide on selecting a health insurance plan for you and your family. We give you a step by step comparison of what your insurance company offers and the real insider’s view from a provider’s perspective. Our guidance is based upon dealing with insurances as patients ourselves, as your provider, and as a business who purchases benefits for our team members.
